WHAT A HOME WATCH VISIT MAY INCLUDE
A scheduled visual review of accessible interior and exterior areas, looking for obvious signs of leaks, HVAC concerns, security issues, storm damage, pest activity, or other conditions that may need attention.
WHAT HOME WATCH IS NOT
Home Watch is not a home inspection, security patrol, property management service, or guarantee that problems will not occur. It provides an experienced set of eyes, clear documentation, and prompt communication while you are away.
Southern Nevada Weather AwarenessMAJEK Residential can provide scheduled and post-event visits related to extreme heat, monsoon storms, high winds, power interruptions, and unexpected HVAC concerns. When authorized, we visually check accessible areas for obvious storm damage, water intrusion, exterior debris, and other conditions that may require the homeowner’s attention.
After each visit, MAJEK Residential provides a digital report with observations and photographs, based on the selected service level.
